Halton Regional Police are looking for two suspects after one person was shot in Oakville on Sunday night.

Police described the incident as a “targeted shooting.”

Officers were called at about 6:15 p.m. to a shooting in front of a home in the Zachary Cresc.-Post Rd. area, east of the Sixth Line.

Upon arrival, officers found one person suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police say two suspects fled the scene on foot. They are considered armed and dangerous.
