Coronavirus: Three-stage plan could see Alberta fully reopen by July, premier says

Public Health confirmed seven new cases of COVID-19 today.

The cases are split across four health zones. Two cases were linked to the Moncton, Fredericton, and Bathurst regions, while the other was in the Miramichi area.

Six recoveries were announced, and the active case count rose to 117.

The number of New Brunswickers hospitalized with the virus dropped from 11 Wednesday down to seven today, three of whom are in an intensive care unit.

In addition to announcing the province reached a vaccination milestone today, Public Health says New Brunswick has the highest vaccination rate of the three Maritime provinces.
