Hikma Pharmaceuticals Morocco has secured the Great Place to Work certification, highlighting the company’s focus on employee experience and workplace culture.
The certification is based on feedback collected directly from employees. The assessment examines several aspects of the working environment, including trust within the organization, management practices and employees’ day-to-day experience.
The recognition places Hikma’s Moroccan operations alongside other subsidiaries of the pharmaceutical group that have received the same certification in different markets.
Hikma has maintained a presence in Morocco for several decades and currently employs more than 400 people in the country. The company also operates two production facilities, making Morocco one of its industrial bases in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The certification comes as Hikma continues to develop its workplace initiatives across several markets. The group has also reported Great Place to Work-certified operations in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria and Tunisia.
For its Moroccan subsidiary, the recognition provides an external assessment of the employee experience while highlighting the importance of workplace practices alongside the company’s industrial and pharmaceutical activities.
With its local workforce and manufacturing footprint, Hikma Morocco remains part of the group’s broader regional operations, serving a pharmaceutical market that continues to develop across North Africa.
