Stroc Industrie recorded a steep decline in activity during the second quarter of 2026, with revenue falling to 16.8 million dirhams from 72.3 million dirhams a year earlier. The nearly 77% drop reflects the timing of major industrial projects and a temporary transition between contracts.
The company’s second-quarter performance was broadly in line with the level recorded during the first three months of the year. The sharp year-on-year gap is largely explained by an unusually strong second quarter in 2025, when several major projects were progressing simultaneously.
Stroc Industrie says the current slowdown is also linked to the timing gap between orders being secured, projects entering execution and revenue being recognized. Several contracts are currently at different stages of their delivery cycles, limiting the immediate contribution to quarterly revenue.
The company operates in areas including steel construction, metal fabrication and industrial projects, activities where revenue can fluctuate significantly depending on project schedules and the pace of work on construction sites.
Stroc Industrie is now counting on the gradual ramp-up of ongoing operations and the execution of projects already included in its portfolio to support activity over the coming months.
Its financial debt has remained broadly stable since the beginning of the year. At June 30, 2026, it stood at 219.3 million dirhams, compared with 219.6 million dirhams at the end of December 2025.
The company also reported no major investment during the first six months of 2026. Its near-term performance will therefore depend largely on the start and execution pace of projects currently in its pipeline.
