Radisson Hotel Group has introduced Price Match, a new artificial intelligence-powered technology designed to automatically match lower publicly available room rates found on third-party booking platforms. Available across the group’s hotels in Morocco and worldwide, the new feature aims to make direct bookings faster, simpler and more transparent.
Unlike traditional best-rate guarantee programs that require guests to submit claims, screenshots and wait for manual approval, Price Match performs the entire process automatically. The system continuously monitors eligible public rates and instantly aligns prices when it identifies a lower qualifying offer.
The technology compares key booking criteria, including travel dates, room category and reservation conditions, before applying the matching rate on RadissonHotels.com. Guests can then complete their reservation directly through the hotel’s official website without any additional steps.
The rollout comes as Morocco continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s fastest-growing tourism destinations. After welcoming 19.8 million visitors in 2025, the country is experiencing rising demand for seamless digital travel experiences, with travelers increasingly expecting transparent pricing and hassle-free online booking.
For Radisson Hotel Group, the launch also supports its long-term expansion strategy in Morocco, where the company plans to grow its portfolio to 30 hotels by 2030. The AI-powered pricing solution is expected to enhance customer confidence while encouraging more guests to book directly through the group’s official channels.
“Our guests expect speed, convenience and confidence when booking their stay,” said Gianni Di Fede, Global Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. “By automating price matching in real time, we eliminate unnecessary steps and ensure guests booking directly with us can enjoy competitive rates without the complexity of traditional price guarantee processes.”
Price Match currently monitors rates published by leading online travel agencies, including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline, Trip.com and MakeMyTrip, as well as prices displayed through Google Hotels. When an eligible lower public rate is identified, the system automatically verifies the offer and matches it before the booking is completed.
