The Groupe ISCAE is embarking on a major digital transformation aimed at modernizing its information systems, streamlining internal processes and improving digital services for its academic and professional community.
The initiative is part of a three-year agreement signed with Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The partnership provides a framework for designing and implementing several digital projects across the institution.
One of the main priorities is the development of an integrated information system that is interoperable, scalable and secure. The project will cover academic, administrative and business processes, with the aim of improving efficiency and the quality of services provided to students, faculty members, researchers, staff and partners.
The transformation will also extend to ISCAE’s digital presence. The institution is redesigning its website with a stronger focus on accessibility and user experience.
The new platform will include an intelligent search engine, an interactive chatbot and a dedicated career section. Its architecture is designed to make academic, administrative and professional information easier to access.
The program will be rolled out gradually over three years. The roadmap begins with an audit and skills mapping phase, followed by a pilot deployment before the wider implementation of the new digital systems.
Performance and user-adoption indicators will be used to track progress and assess how effectively the new tools are being integrated into daily operations.
Staff training will also form an important part of the transformation. The partnership includes change-management support and efforts to strengthen digital skills, allowing employees to adapt progressively to the new technologies.
Two dedicated bodies, a Steering Committee and a Monitoring Committee, will oversee the implementation and follow-up of the agreement.
For ISCAE, the objective goes beyond replacing existing technologies. The institution aims to make digital tools a driver of organizational modernization, operational efficiency and improved service quality.
