Coronavirus: Three-stage plan could see Alberta fully reopen by July, premier says

A new case of the B.1.1.7 variant has been reported in Manitoba, though no new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported on Tuesday.

In the daily bulletin, the province said the total number of B.1.1.7 variant cases identified in Manitoba is now five. The province did not provide any details on the new variant case.

The province reported 76 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, including:

seven cases in Interlake–Eastern health region;
21 cases in the Northern health region;
one case in the Prairie Mountain Health region; and
47 cases in the Winnipeg health region.

This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Manitoba to 31,551. However, eight cases were removed from the total due to a data correction.

No cases were reported in the Southern Health region.
