Capgemini and La French Tech Casablanca have entered into a strategic partnership designed to accelerate innovation, strengthen digital skills and enhance Morocco’s position as a leading technology hub. The agreement supports the ambitions of the Morocco Digital 2030 strategy by encouraging collaboration between startups, corporations, investors and public institutions.
Signed on June 22 at Capgemini’s offices in Morocco, the partnership aims to foster knowledge sharing, talent development and the creation of new innovation initiatives that will contribute to the Kingdom’s growing digital economy.
As part of the collaboration, Capgemini Morocco will actively participate in thematic commissions and working communities led by La French Tech Casablanca. These platforms bring together entrepreneurs, technology experts, investors, academic institutions and major companies to explore emerging trends and drive digital transformation across key industries.
Badra Hamdaoua, Managing Director of Capgemini Morocco, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to supporting local talent, encouraging innovation and strengthening cooperation within Morocco’s rapidly evolving technology ecosystem.
The collaboration has already produced its first initiatives. On June 29, Capgemini welcomed a delegation of women entrepreneurs and startup founders participating in the Elles Tech Tour, a program organized by La French Tech Casablanca to promote female entrepreneurship in technology.
During the event, participants attended discussions focusing on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, innovation and leadership, highlighting the growing contribution of women to Morocco’s technology sector.
William Simoncelli, President of La French Tech Casablanca, said the partnership reinforces connections between Morocco’s innovation ecosystem and international technology networks. He noted that initiatives such as Elles Tech Tour are designed to showcase talent, encourage women-led startups and strengthen Morocco’s reputation as a destination for innovation and technological development.
