Badra Hamdaoua is taking on a broader international mandate at Capgemini, with responsibility now extending across the group’s Global Delivery Centers in Morocco, Mexico, Egypt and Poland. The move places the Moroccan executive at the helm of several key delivery platforms supporting Capgemini’s global technology and services operations.
Her expanded role comes as the technology services industry undergoes a major shift driven by artificial intelligence. One of her priorities will be to accelerate the integration of AI into operational processes, professional expertise and delivery capabilities across the four centers.
The appointment highlights the increasingly international role of Capgemini’s Moroccan operations. The company’s teams in Morocco work across high-value areas including data, cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, positioning the Kingdom as an important link in the group’s worldwide delivery network.
The challenge is particularly significant as generative AI reshapes consulting and digital services. Companies operating in the sector are increasingly seeking to combine automation and productivity gains with employee upskilling and new delivery models. Hamdaoua’s expanded responsibilities therefore place her at the intersection of technological transformation and international operations management.
Her career reflects this combination of technology and management. Before joining Capgemini, she held senior positions at Dell Technologies, including General Manager in Morocco and roles covering services for emerging African markets. She also gained experience in consulting, finance and risk management through positions at PwC, BNP Paribas and Altime.
A graduate of Paris Dauphine University, where she studied information systems and management control, Hamdaoua has built a career around technology, organizational transformation and international leadership.
Her new position also adds visibility to Moroccan female leadership in the technology sector. With responsibility spanning four countries across different continents, the appointment marks another step in her international career while underscoring the growing contribution of Moroccan technology professionals to global operations.
