The jackpot was an estimated $384 million with a cash option of $295.4 million, according to the Powerball website.
No ticket matched all six balls on Saturday night so the jackpot will rise to $410 million with a cash option of $316.4 million for next Wednesday’s drawing. Two tickets matched all five white balls to win million-dollar prizes. One ticket sold in Connecticut had the Powerplay to win $2 million, while a ticket in Arizona won $1 million.
Meanwhile, the Mega Millions jackpot is at $432 million with a cash option of $329.7 million for Tuesday’s drawing, according to the Mega Millions website.
Until recently, lottery winners in New Jersey were required to be identified, but now winners will be able to stay anonymous under a new law that was signed by Gov. Phil Murphy.
