Four people are in hospital with various injuries after a multi-vehicle collision in Davenport on Sunday.

Toronto police say it happened at the intersection of Dupont and Dufferin streets just before 4:30 p.m.

Seven vehicles were involved — one of which fled the scene, police said. Paramedics tell lintelligencer they transported a woman in her 60s to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Another person is in hospital with injuries described as serious. One other party is said to have suffered minor injuries as a result.

It’s not clear what caused the crash, and police have not provided a description of the vehicle that fled.
